Beverages
Liquid products filled and sealed on the beverage line, made to a fixed formulation and a defined shelf life.
Every beverage runs against an approved specification that fixes the formulation, fill volume, closure, shelf life and storage conditions. Water used in production passes through the site treatment system before it reaches a batch.
Filling is followed by seal integrity and fill-level checks, coding, and a hold period before release.

Packaged foods
Shelf-stable food products prepared, packed and coded at the Gazipur facility.
Products are built from materials that clear incoming inspection against their own specification. Primary and secondary packaging is verified at the point of packing, not after it.
Shelf life is established per product and printed with the batch code so any pack can be traced back to its production record.
