Controls applied on site

Hygiene and sanitation

Cleaning schedules are defined by area and by equipment. Cleaning is signed off before production starts. Personnel follow hygiene rules covering clothing, hand washing and access to production areas.

Utilities

Water used in production is treated and monitored. Steam, compressed air and refrigeration are maintained under planned schedules. Utility records are retained.

Pest control

The site operates a pest-control programme with defined inspection points and documented inspection results.

Maintenance

Planned preventive maintenance is scheduled for production and utility equipment. Breakdown work is recorded, and equipment is released back to production only after cleaning and verification.

Foreign-body control

Screening, sieving, magnets and inspection points are applied where the product and process require them. Detection equipment is verified at defined intervals.

Warehousing and dispatch

Raw materials, packaging and finished goods are stored in segregated areas. Stock rotation follows first-expired-first-out. Dispatch is recorded against batch.
