How the company operates
Products are manufactured to written specifications. A specification defines the formulation, the packaging, the process parameters and the acceptance criteria for the finished product. No product is released without the checks required by its specification.
Raw materials and packaging are purchased from suppliers who have been assessed and approved. Suppliers are required to meet the standards set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct and to supply documentation with each delivery.
Batch records are maintained so that finished goods can be traced back to the materials, the line and the production period used to make them. These records support withdrawal and recall action if it becomes necessary.
Employment terms, working hours, wages and workplace safety follow the requirements of Bangladesh labour legislation. Complaints and reports of misconduct are handled under the Whistleblower Policy.
