How we work
Specification first, record after.
Nothing enters production without a specification, and nothing leaves without a record. Materials are bought against written requirements and checked on arrival. Process steps run to fixed parameters. Deviations stop a batch instead of travelling with it.
The same discipline applies to product made for other brands. Contract work runs on the same lines, under the same controls, with the same paperwork behind it.

These controls hold the facility to a known state. They are scheduled, recorded and verified rather than left to habit.
Inside the operation- Hygiene
- Zoning, personal hygiene rules and controlled access to production areas apply to staff, contractors and visitors alike.
- Sanitation
- Cleaning is scheduled by area and equipment, recorded, and verified before production restarts.
- Utilities
- Water, steam, compressed air and refrigeration are maintained and monitored as part of the production system.
- Pest control
- A managed programme with defined monitoring points, inspection records and corrective action.
- Maintenance
- Planned maintenance on process and packaging equipment, with hygienic clearance before a line returns to production.
- Foreign body control
- Physical controls at defined points in the process, checked at set intervals and recorded.
- Warehousing
- Segregated storage by status and condition, stock rotation, and controlled release of finished goods.
- Dispatch
- Vehicle checks, load documentation and batch records that connect each delivery to its production run.
