Six functions carry the operation. Production and quality sit at the plant; commercial and corporate functions sit in Dhaka; engineering and supply chain work across both.

- Incoming inspection, in-process checks, laboratory testing, documentation and release.
- Engineering
- Maintenance of process and packaging equipment, utilities and site services.
- Supply chain
- Procurement, planning, warehousing, stock control and dispatch.
- Commercial
- Customer accounts, distribution, pricing and order management, based in Dhaka.
- Corporate
- Finance, human resources, administration and compliance.
