Each step has an output. If a step cannot be completed to specification, the work stops there instead of moving forward on assumption.

Requirement
You describe the product, target market, volume and timing. We tell you plainly whether it fits the site.

Technical review
Formulation, materials, process route and food-safety constraints are reviewed against the lines available.

Specification
A written specification fixes formulation, packaging, coding, shelf life and acceptance criteria.
- 04
Trial and validation
A trial run is produced and assessed against the specification before any commercial commitment.

Production
Commercial runs are scheduled with in-process controls and batch records against the agreed specification.

Release and dispatch
Batches are held until checks are complete, then released, documented and dispatched.
What fits, and what does not.
- Suits the site
- Shelf-stable beverages and packaged foods that fit the existing process route and pack formats.
- Needs review
- New formats, unusual materials or products requiring process steps the site does not currently run.
- Fixed before quoting
- Formulation, packaging, coding, shelf life and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing first.
- Not undertaken
- Work we cannot control to specification. We say so at the review stage rather than after a failed run.
